IMS—Inspiring More Sustainability—has been in operation since 2007
The leading network of Luxembourg companies committed to sustainable development. We support our member organizations in integrating these issues into their strategies and operations.
If your organization:
An organization based in Luxembourg, regardless of its size or industry.
An association, NGO, social impact company (SIS), or foundation based in Luxembourg.
Regardless of these two types of membership, all organizations in Luxembourg can sign the Lëtzebuerg Diversity Charter. For IMS member organizations, signing the Diversity Charter is free of charge.
Become an IMS member
IMS membership is reserved for organizations based in Luxembourg. Membership is open to organizations of any size and in any sector.
There are no prerequisites regarding the status of your organization’s CSR strategy or integration. If you are just getting started, we would be happy to guide you through the initial steps. If you are already well-advanced in your efforts, we invite you to take it even further with the IMS network.
If your organization is affiliated with the Chamber of Trades, you are eligible for a 35% discount during your first year of membership. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, and you must submit your Chamber of Trades membership certificate or card along with your membership application.

- To the professional clubs: Luxembourg CEO Sustainability Club, Sustainability Manager Club, Sustainable Procurement Club
- Resources: practical guides, tools, publications, and the print edition of Sustainability Mag
- the expertise of the IMS team and our European and international partners, whom we represent in France (CSR Europe, B Corp, Capitals Coalition, European Commission, WBCSD),
- at a discounted rate for Sustainability Academy courses.

Option 2 – You want to fill out the membership form
1. Download and send the newsletter Customized with your logo nadia.azarfane@imslux.lu
2. All new membership applications are reviewed by our Board of Directors once a month.
3. Once your application has been approved, you will receive all the details on how to access the network, along with the membership fee invoice.
The annual membership fee depends on the number of employees at your organization. For memberships joined before June 30 of the current year, the full fee is due. After June 30, the fee is prorated. The membership fee is subject to indexation.

Become an associate member
Associate Member status is reserved for NGOs, nonprofit organizations, or social impact companies (SICs) listed in the Mémorial (directory of companies and organizations).
Access to the Part&Act program.
This program facilitates connections between IMS member companies and the social and solidarity economy sector. Specifically, it aims to provide a win-win framework (such as partnerships, skills-sharing workshops, and equipment donations).
Associate members have access only to IMS events that include “Part&Act” in the event title, or if the event description specifies that the event is open to associate members.

To be a signatory
Since 2012, IMS has been the lead organization for the Luxembourg Diversity Charter.
It is a national commitment document open for signature by any organization in Luxembourg that wishes to commit to promoting and managing diversity through concrete actions that go beyond legal requirements.
