Our vision: “To make Luxembourg a model of a prosperous and sustainable society”

Today, companies are increasingly judged on their overall contribution to the social and environmental ecosystem in which they operate. As a result, all of their stakeholders are paying closer attention to what are often referred to as “non-financial criteria.”

An irreversible shift is underway: more and more companies committed to CSR are seeing a positive overall impact and the creation of shared value, both for their organizations and for society.

IMS is the catalyst needed to accelerate this movement in Luxembourg, serving as a benchmark at the European level.

Our mission: “To inspire greater sustainability and catalyze action”

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an approach through which a company integrates not only its economic responsibilities but also its environmental and social responsibilities. To fulfill these responsibilities, companies work closely with their stakeholders.

Beyond being a risk management tool, CSR is a source of opportunities and constitutes a competitive advantage when managed proactively and integrated into the company’s strategy—particularly in terms of innovation and growth, employee motivation, and customer attraction.

By aiming for a positive impact on society beyond economic benefits, committed companies can address certain societal challenges and respond to them within their sphere of influence.

The new environmental and societal landscape heralds profound changes in corporate management models. Organizations that want to position themselves to meet the challenges of tomorrow must now think through the innovative lens of CSR, a driver of corporate growth and agility.
