FAQ

Part&Act is a program offered by IMS Luxembourg to its members companies and to its associate members (associations, NGO or SIS with a social or environmental impact). The aim of this program is to facilitate and raise awareness among IMS member companies to maintain privileged relationships with associations as part of the Company-Association partnerships.

To help you develop your own actions, we:

Act as interface between companies and the non-profit sector;
Set up partnership projects;
Ensure the follow-up of your partnership.

Why collaborate?

ASSOCIATION	COMPANY
Mobilise new resources or skills needed to carry out a project; Increase the impact of its message throughout the company and dialogue with its ecosystem; Strengthen its territorial anchorage and develop a network of volunteers.	Concretely implement an aspect of its CSR strategy and develop more responsible practices; Improve internal cohesion, give meaning to its employees and enhance their competencies; Reinforce the reputation and visibility of the company.

How to get involved?

Form a partnership: In line with the company's CSR policy, create a one-off or long-term partnership with a social and solidarity economy structure (sponsorship of skills, donation of equipment, hosting an event, support for a particular project, etc.).
Participate in a skills transfer workshop: Skills transfer workshops aim to provide social economy enterprises and IMS member companies with resources, time and expertise that they do not have internally. The workshops are organised in a friendly and collective framework and follow a win-win logic:
- The skills of volunteers from IMS member companies to support concrete associative projects: redesign of a website, the definition of a graphic charter, the launch of a new activity, legal advice, etc.
- The expertise of a social economy company to support IMS members in the evolution of their CSR practices: environment, integration, disability…

WHAT IS A PARTNERSHIP?

A partnership is a collaborative and coordinated relationship between several organisations that aim to achieve common goals using complementary skills and approaches. A strategic partnership must meet the objectives and needs of both organisations that wish to collaborate.

HOW DOES A SKILLS TRANSFER WORKSHOP WORK?

The skills transfer workshops aim to provide IMS member associations and companies with resources, time and expertise that they do not have in-house.
During the morning, the volunteers participate in a group and personalised consulting mission, doing everything possible to respond to the given problem.
